QuotelyAI is designed to help users discover, create, and share motivational quotes and AI-generated content. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
The App uses Firebase Authentication to manage sign-in with Email and Google. By signing in, you authorize us to access basic profile details such as your name, email address, and Google profile image. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.
Some content in QuotelyAI is generated using Google Cloud’s Gemini API (Vertex AI). The AI responses are for entertainment and inspirational purposes only. AKDroid Labs does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or reliability of AI-generated outputs.
By using the “Generate Quote” feature, you agree that your text prompt may be securely processed by Google’s servers as per Google AI Terms of Service.
All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed in the App are the property of AKDroid Labs or respective third parties. You may not use any of these assets without prior written permission.

AKDroid Labs provides this App “AS IS” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App. Under no circumstances shall AKDroid Labs be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data or content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
AKDroid Labs may update the App or these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
QuotelyAI lets you delete your account at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes your authentication profile and user-associated data stored in our Firebase services. This meets Google Play’s user data deletion requirements.
We immediately submit a deletion request to Firebase. Once processed, your account and linked data are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
If you cannot access the app, email us at quotelyai.team@gmail.com . Include your registered email so we can verify ownership. We process email requests within 7 business days.
