Account Deletion

Effective Date: November 9, 2025

We respect your privacy and believe you should have full control over your data. If you created a QuotelyAI account, you can delete it anytime. Deleting your account permanently removes your authentication profile and associated user data from our Firebase services.

Delete your account in-app (recommended)

1. Open the QuotelyAI app and sign in (if needed).
2. Go to Profile → Delete Account.
3. Read the confirmation message, then tap Delete.

Your account and linked data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Request deletion via email

If you can’t access your account in the app, send us an email request:

Please include your registered email address for verification. We process email requests within 7 business days.

What happens after deletion

• Your Firebase Authentication profile (email or Google login) is permanently deleted.
• Your favorites, saved quotes, and user-generated data are removed from Firebase Database.
• Any user-uploaded content (if applicable) is deleted from Firebase Storage.

Non-identifying or aggregated analytics may be retained temporarily for app performance and security, but they can’t be used to identify you.
